If you liked the 2022 concert we posted a few days ago, you’re in for another nice treat. Today, we publish another bootleg recorded from the very same tour.
On September 4th, 2022, the Goo Goo Dolls played at the Frost Amphitheater in Stanford, CA. You can consider this a carbon copy of the show that was posted on the blog mere days ago. You even get the exact same set list. However, in my opinion, this performance sounds a bit better than the Ohio one.
Even in this occasion, we get 22 songs and a running time of about 90 minutes.
I suspect the bootlegger was the same for both concert, as they both came from the same source.
Apparently, the band was supposed to also play the song “Running Down A Dream“, a Tom Petty cover, but due to curfew (???) they could not execute it.
Along with the bootleg came a collection of pictures taken from the show, which I am publishing below. In the era of cell phones which come with 4k cameras, these shots are probably not the best way to show off such technology.
