John And Robby for Epiphone (1995)

We have another cool message from contributor Bailey. This time, the focus is on guitars.

Sometimes around 1995, certainly after breakthrough album “A Boy Named Goo” was released, Epiphone issued a copy of their famous magazine with a couple of pictures of John and Robby rocking their guitars. Let’s hear directly from Bailey:

One more thing before I leave, I found a picture of Robby with his unique white guitar, apparently called a “Thunderbird” (sorry, I’m not good with guitar names). I also put that picture of John I sent you a couple months back with it, just to show they were from the same set of ads or promotion press kits. Something like that. It may have been a magazine cover, because it says “With words on newest album A Boy Named Goo” on both of the pictures. Maybe there’s interviews with both of these somewhere? Hmm. . .
