Two Days In February (The Making Of)

Contributor Bailey sent us a YouTube link to a video featuring the band recording one of their most popular tunes… On the street.

For those who didn’t know, the song “Two Days In February” which appears on the third release “Hold Me Up” as the last track to conclude the album was actually not recorded in studio, but rather on a street in Buffalo, NY. If you pay close attention to the recording, you can actually hear the sounds of vehicles passing by.

User ClassicGoo uploaded a video featuring the band members recording the song. It is not clear whether or not this was the version which ended up on the release itself. I am pretty sure they did a few takes for it before deciding the perfect one had been achieved.

Unfortunately, the video comes with a very low resolution (144p only), so you’ll be getting a lot of visible pixels scattered around. Nonetheless, this is indeed very rare and unique material, which should be enjoyed regardless of the quality it comes with.
