We can finally add another 1993 concert to our archive thanks to our collaborator Bailey and to an amazing YouTube user.
Today I received an email from Bailey who let me know she just found out a full 1993 concert the band did during their “Superstar Car Wash” tour. The show was posted by YouTube user FUZZMONSTER and apparently it’s a remastered version of the original recording that was taken exactly 21 years ago. First and foremost, let’s see what Bailey has to say about it:

Right in time for the 38th anniversary of the Goo Goo Dolls, this popped up on my YouTube library. Posted just 3 weeks ago, this is a super rare never before seen—or should I say heard—live performance. (I mean, other than the folks who were present during that show, you were lucky!)
Here I have a huge surprise to share with the temple!
According to the person who uploaded this amazing show, this was a gig that was professionally recorded by the club, then never released. But….here we have the 63 minute high definition Superstar Car Wash concert!!

The concert boosts a total of 21 songs and thanks to the marvelous remastering job someone did, it sounds extremely good. This is definitely something Older Goo aficionados want to check out in all of its glory. Bailey also created a setlist.fm entry for it, which you visit here.
When it comes to videos published by others, I usually just link their release into the blog. However, given the rarity of this item, I have decided to also include download links for this grand material. I have used the best YouTube downloader technology can offer to extract only the audio track off of the video linked below. Needless to say, I don’t want to take any credits from it but wish to simply create a copy of it in case the original file gets lost in the future. Given the fact that the video FUZZMONSTER uploaded features just some pictures without the actual band playing, I thought the mere audio track for it will suffice for archival purposes.
