Time to share another amazing concert from contributor Ryne. This time, it’s a “Gutterflower” show coming with great audio and video quality.
On August 26th, 2003 the Goo Goo Dolls were performing in their native area, specifically at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center in Darien, NY. The show came with a cool set list and plenty of energy, and some funny moments on stage. Let’s see what Ryne has to say about it:
Darien Lake is certainly a fairly visited Venue by the Goo Goo Dolls.
The Video featured in this release does have occasional pauses/lag, But otherwise has reasonable visual quality and sound quality.
The Setlist seems like a great one, With ‘We are the normal’ featured in the set.

What we are publishing today is actually a video recording of the concert. In my opinion the quality here is quite good. There is the occasional flickering here and there, with some scenes being out of focus, but overall I’d say this is one of the cleanest VHS rips we’ve seen so far.
The file itself is a standardized 640x480p encoding job.
Like I mentioned before, the show is quite energetic and the performance is impeccable. Listen for yourself. A key moment is John inviting some girl on stage to sing “Name” with him, and also inviting the Sugar Ray singer for a quick chat. The two also mess around as “We Are The Normal” is being played.
