Today’s video clip is actually a short one provided by contributor Christina. John Rzeznik tries to get philosophical in this interview.
In 2002 the Goo Goo Dolls made an appearance on Extra. This likely is a cut clip from what was a longer interview with the band. Christina has a few more details to share:

As far as the video is concerned, this is obviously a VHS rip coming with the standardized 640x480p encoding format. Quality-wise, not great, unfortunately. A lot of distortion and degradation all throughout the clip. However, it may be a pretty unique one. I looked for it on YouTube and couldn’t find another copy already uploaded on that platform.
