I had some spare time yesterday and decided to try my luck with another AI remix. This time, “Acoustic #3” seemed like a good candidate for a revisiting session.
For those who haven’t read our previous posts about AI remixes, these are basically done with the latest AI technologies. I explain my workflow in detail here.
As usual, I include both the fully remixed song and its instrumental counterpart. To notice how the AI modified the original song you want to focus on the latter.
For “Acoustic #3” I actually created four different versions. For the first two I instructed the AI not to deviate much from the original melody. For versions 3 and 4, I opted for more variations. As a consequence, you will notice the last two version feature more variants and sound creativity as opposed to the others.
One thing to notice is that I did not doctor the vocals at all, meaning in some parts of the remixes you may hear an unbalance between John’s tonality of voice and the actual music playing in the background. This is normal when vocals are left untouched, as they were tuned to the original musicality of the song.
