Contributor Bailey is sharing today a very cool review for the band’s first release ever, that is their self-titled album which saw the light of day in 1987.
This is certainly one of the first reviews the Goo Goo Dolls obtained in their career. Just fresh of their first-ever release, I’m sure John et al. were quite pleased when reading such a funny interpretation of their work. First and foremost, let’s see what Bailey has to say about it:

It’s been a good while since I’ve sent an article! Today I have a really funny one, where the journalist compares the Goo Goo Dolls’ first record to making a smoothie of the Goo’s sound—that is, a big mashup of different artists, beer, etc. (it’ll probably make more sense if you read it)
